We have no open position today. We read every open application and build a talent pool, for assignments and for future hires.
How we work
- We work in a single domain, HR and payroll, from scoping through to running it in production.
- We measure what we deliver, before and after.
- We write down what we do: decisions, stop criteria, usage rules.
- We stay accountable for how it runs after go-live.
The profiles we read
- HR or payroll scoping consultant, comfortable with an HRIS and a collective bargaining agreement.
- Developer, comfortable with language models and systems integration.
- Payroll administrator looking to move to the tooling side.
- HRIS project manager who has led a migration or a data takeover.
Employee, freelance or work-study. Assignments are run in French, English or Dutch.
